凌陽分割DSC業務成立芯鼎，佳能入股呼聲高

凌陽(2401)集團旗下的凌陽多媒體，欲將DSC晶片業務分割成立芯鼎科技，額定資本額為5億元，並預計引進國內DSC業者入股。據了解，DSC業者中，以佳能(2374)入股呼聲最高，不過目前還不確定會以佳能或能率集團的名義入股。

而芯鼎科技引進DSC客戶入股，將可強化其與客戶的關係，並提升產業競爭力。而佳能在入股芯鼎科技後，也有助公司進行垂直整合，進一步提升競爭力。
